cannot open my e-book because formal userid not sync with guest (error getting license)

hi,

i installed adobe digital edition in my ipad and also iphone.

then i go to digital book shelf in bokus.se, i downloaded my e-books, when it load adobe digital edition software, it always gave an error:

“unable to download. Error getting license. License server communication problem. E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER”.

But I always used the same adobe id (my email) in all places.

i called customer service of bokus.se, they said it is probably i access adobe digital edition as guest before, in 2019, now today i re-installed it and registered formally with adobe id and password. so adobe may treat my previous guest idenitity and current formal identity differently. so the e-books which i can download and read before, not recognized now.

i hope bokus can help solve this problem, while i am waiting, i really hope someone can give advice or share experience.                  thanks.
