Cannot read protected ebook on Android

Im no longer able to access a protected ebook on my Samsung Galaxy S9. Have been able to access it for almost a year but not able to since the last few days. Im able to access the ebook from Windows as well as another Android device, but not the Galaxy S9. I can see the ebook but when I try to access the book it continuously loads. Im however able to open the "Getting Started with Adobe..." default ebook.

I updated the OS on the Galaxy S9 recently, not sure if this is related. Please advise how to resolve this.
