Cannot use adobe edition 3.0

I have dowloaded Adobe Edition on PC for my kobo but I cannot read a book since I get a message saying that I am not authorize to open a book.  I disinstalled the application and reinstalled it but still says the same thing.  Than I created another ID and started my KOBO but my pc does not want to install it.

It still shows the first one and still says the same thing.
