Hi, I am hoping somebody can help a newbie ebook reader, I am unable to read my book due ADE not allowing me to scroll up or down?

I can zoom out which makes it too tiny to read, if i zoom in non of arrows work or jumps 4 pages backwards or forwards.

I have seen previous posts with this problem but a resolution has never been added, I am using a PC with windows 7.

Hoping someone can help me!
