Cant authorize ADE 4.0 on computer

Hello, can someone help me authorize my windows 7 computer to ultimately connect my Iriver Story HD (supported ereader)? Getting error message in ADE that Adobe can't connect to authorization server, check internet connection. I have already confirmed time zone info is correct. Thanks!
