CANT DOWNLOAD EPUB BOOK IN BLUEFIRE

I ORDERED AN EPUB BOOK ONLINE. They sent me an .acsm link to my email. When I click on "OPEN IN BLUEFIRE" on my iPhone 6 i get the following insanely long message:

E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED http://dwh.e-interforum.com/fulfillment/Fulfill 2014-12-10T00:11:10+01:00%20(14181666780000)%20is%20before%202014-12-18T18:50:59+01:00%20(1418925059329)

i ordered the book while in minneapolis when the phone was set to that time zone (central). i got the above message. i'm  back in ny and phone is now set to new york time zone. same message. i tried setting phone to central time which is the time zone it was on when i ordered the book. that doesn't work either. same message.  link was sent from Montreal (same time zone as new york). ready to give up unless someone can help.
