Cant open

When I try to open an e-book that I bought, the programs gives me this message:

"Unable to download.
Error getting Licens. Licens Server Communication Problem.
E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER"

I dont understand why I cant open my file. I just bouth the e-book, it has never been open before, and i have a authorized my pc.
Any advice?
