Cant see textbook in library

 can someone please help me

i bought a textbook off flatworld for a college class then downloaded the textbook to read it but i have to read it through Digital Editions. i have a chromebook so i downloaded the app off google play and made an adobe account but i cant seem to figure out how to get the textbook into the app or my library, is anyone able to help?
