Capture device Offline

Hi all,

I am trying to migrate video from a DVCAM tape using Sony "Digital HD Videocassette Recorder". I have connected it to my computer and an Osprey capture card is installed on the computer.

I am using Adobe Premiere to do the capture, but unfortunately its showing that "Capture Device is offline".

Please help .
