CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED

I have downloaded an epub version of a library book (Renfrewshire Libraries) via Overdrive to ADE. My computer is Windows 10. I am trying to copy the book to my Kobo Glo ereader  and the fields I am directed to change are greyed out. I have tried with/without the Kobo connected to the computer,
