CE copy not allowed

J'ai un portable Acer avec Windows 10 ainsi qu'une liseuse Kobo Aura One. J'ai un identifiant Adobe reconnu et j'ai installé adobe digital éditions 3.0 .J'ai autorisé mon ordinateur et quand j'essaie de transférer un livre de mon ordinateur  à ma liseuse un message d'erreur apparaît ( CE copy not allowed ) donc transfert impossible.

Comment puis-je régler le problème ?

    Reader and Digital Editon authoirze with the ID?

    Has the eBook the permissions to copy to other device? (Sametimes you can read it only on one device)
