CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED error message

I authorized both my laptop as well as my kobo touch (which is supported by ADE) but when I try to transfer my purchased book with DRM I get the following message:

CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED - No permission to copy this book. How do I fix this error
