CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED keeps popping up and nothing helps!

We have been unable to load library books onto the Nook ever since we took the computer in for maintenance.

we have reloaded Adobe Digitial Editions, but keep getting the same error message.

Absolutely nothing will help and I can't find the digital rights. Can anyone help me?
