CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED moving ebook to Kobo

I bought mi first DRM ebook, i was thinking it will smooth and seamless as a phisical book (buy, open, read).

No i had to register an adobe account, download an adobe software, download a small file from the book's vendor, open the file using the adobe software and finally copy the book to my Kobo.

Very booring, but i did, at the last step the adobe software says CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED.

After a month, even with the vendor support i still cant read my ebook.

The adobe support is useless, as the vendor support.

the only suggestion is "try again".
