Change email

Hi, I hope someone can help me.  I signed up with an emailaddress I no longer use. Unfortunately I cant remember

the password or retreive it since I don't have access to that emailaccount . So I cant use the program now .

I can download and transfer books to my e-reader but when I want to open them, my e-reader asks for a password.

I made a new Adobe ID but it wont let me change the emailaddress. I am using windows 10 and uninstalled

the program, removed cookies and reinstalled but still not able to change anything.

This is driving me crazy for weeks now. I also tried ctrl shift d but still nothing.

Is there anyone able to help? Please
