Changed Adobe ID Authorisation on old laptop in ADE, but now can't open the books already downloaded

Changed Adobe ID Authorisation on old laptop in ADE, but now can't open the already downloaded ebooks in ADE as error message "Document is Licensed for a different user Account", is there a way these books can be opened using new ID or do I have to rebuy and download from provider again, (over 1000 books)?
