Changed authorization, can't open ebook

Hi,

I downloaded ADE and tried to download a book I previously purchased authorizing my computer without any id. When the book download finished ADE was throwing this error: E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_OPEN_ERROR.

I thought it was a problem about not using an adobe id so I just deauthorized the computer and added a new authorization with my adobe id. Then tried to open again the acsm file to downloaded the ebook and I get next error now:

Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:

E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

Any help please? Adobe seems to not have any contact support for this. Seems I payed for a book I will not be able to read?

    how I can get back my book as I am using second computer if you can transfer it to new computer?
