Changed computers can't authorize

I had a problem with my old computer and cannot get into it at all in order to deauthorize the computer. When I try to load my purchase on my new computer, I get this error: Unable to download / Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

Any suggestions on how to get my content?
