Changement adobe ID et digital editions

  Bonjour,

J'ai recemment changé mon adobe ID sur mon compte et depuis impossible de telecharger des ebooks sur mon adobe editions digital installé sur mon ordinateur car message suivant :

"cet ordinateur beneficie deja d'une autorisation (.....) avec mon ancien adobe ID. Comment faire pour prise en compte du changement ?

    J'ai essayé les commandes Control Shift E sur le Mac et ca ne marche pas. Pourriez-vous me dire s'il existe des commandes spécifiques pour le Mac. Merci

    To deregister a connected device; use ctrl-shift-E on ADE.

    Then, stop and restart ADE, and you should be able to register the device with your new AdobeID.

    To deregister the computer itself; use ctrl-shift-D on ADE

    Then, stop and restart ADE, and you should be able to register the computer with your new AdobeID.

    Google translate:

    Pour annuler l'enregistrement d'un appareil connecté, utiliser Ctrl-Maj-E sur ADE.

    Puis, arrêtez et redémarrez ADE, et vous devriez être en mesure d'enregistrer l'appareil avec votre AdobeID nouvelle.

     

    Pour désenregistrer l'ordinateur lui-même, utilisez Ctrl-Maj-D sur ADE
