changing default email address in Adobe Digital Editions

I have an Adobe Account and email.  I use Adobe Digital Editions to load libary books onto my Kobo Reader.  Adobe Digital Editions has a wrong email address associated with my file and I can't remove it.  They call it the Default address but it is different from my Adobe account and it is causing no end of problems.

There is no way to change this email address as it is locked in.  There is no customer service for this and so no solution.

Does anyone know how to change this default??

    did you ever find the answer? I have the same issue.  I've deleted the programme, deleted all abobe folders from my pc, reboot, put the programme back on, and it is still to the wrong email address.
