I do not see " chat with an agent" at the bottom of the page , only " ask our experts"

Did you select topic ‘'Signing into my Account' before selecting 'I still need help'?

If you don't select a topic it won't offer the chat, also for some of the topics it won't offer the chat.

It's quite a long page, you may have to scroll down to see the 'Chat with an Agent' bit.
