Code d’erreur draguer un ebook

Question

Bonjour, nouvelle liseuse Kobo Clar Colour. Je réussis à télécharger un ebook emprunté sur BanQ et/ ou bibliothèque municipale par Adobe Digital Édition 4.5 mais impossible de le draguer ensuite vers ma Kobo. Message d'erreur au niveau du serveur d'activation code:E_AUTH_NOT_READY

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
