Combining Files Changed All Pages to Legal But Need To Retain Ltr & Lgl

How do I retain actual page size when when combining files that contain both letter and legal pages? When I combined multiple files the merged file appeared to be all legal size.

I'm not sure what environment/program you are using, but I think you have hit the wrong subform (Adobe Digital Editions)

Wouldn't it be easier if Americans could just use standard paper sizes and have it all A4?
