Comment se débarrasser d'une autorisation quand on en a deux?

J'ai deux autorisations pour une adresse électronique sur un PC et lorsque j'essaie d'autoriser un autre appareil, ça tombe toujours sur celle que je n'utilise pas. Donc, impossible d'avoir accès à mes livres à partir de ceux-ci.

L'Aide dans Digital Editions  nous dit de contacter le support dans ce cas-là. Après avoir "chatté" avec trois personnes en anglais, on me dit d'aller sur le forum. Sur le forum, on me dit de me mettre en contact avec le support qui me retourne sur le forum et etc...

Comme service, on aura vu mieux...

    Windows:

        Close all applications.

        Choose Start > Run.

        In the Open text box, type regedit and then press Enter. The Registry Editor opens.

        In the left pane of the Registry Editor, locate the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adept

        Select the Adept key.

        Choose File > Export.

        In the Export Registry File dialog box, select Selected Branch under Export Range. Enter a name and location for the backup registry key, and then click Save.

        Right-click the Adept key and choose Delete.

        In the Confirm Key Delete dialog, click OK.

        Close the Registry Editor.

        Open Adobe Digital Editions and reauthorize.

    Macintosh:

        quit Adobe Digital Editions.

        Navigate to /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions and drag the activation.dat file to the trash.

        Open Adobe Digital Editions and reauthorize.

    Merci de votre aide., mais j'avais déjà essayé cette méthode et lorsque j'ai ré-autorisé mon PC, il m'a redonné le # d'autorisation dont je veux me débarrasser. Si je ne trouve pas d'autres solutions, il ne reste qu'à attendre 21 jours pour pouvoir utiliser ce nouveau #,

    C'est la solution facile mais un peu frustrante. Je m'étonne qu'Adobe n'ait pas de meilleurs outils pour gérer les autorisations.

    Normal its should work. O.o You are used which operating system?
