Computer Authorization Error

I have a problem when I open my digital books in the App on Windows Laptop.

I enter my Adobe ID and Password then Click Authorize. However, I always get this Error message

'Activation Server Error'

'Digital Editions encountered an error on the activation server'.

What can I do please?
