Computer authorization problem

Hello, I failed to neither authorize my computer with Adobe ID nor without at opening the .acsm file. I faced the same problem a year ago with another ID and another book, so i think that problem looks tendentious. That time the book publisher forwarded me to Adobe support but without results. Please, help to solve it.
