Computer Authorized, Device Authorized (on ADE and on KOBO) but still Unauthorized

Hi,

I am having some issue with my device Kobo Clara HD.

I have download a book from my public library (.acsm), installed ADE and do all the required authorization (computer and device). The file is transfered to the device without issue (at first glance) but when I disconnect my device from my computer and try opening the book on my Kobo, the file still say I am unauthorized to read the file (I double check and it says I am authorized on the device setting.

I have tried removing the file, remove and add back the authorization, reinstall ADE. Nothing works. I have not done the factory reset but the device is new. I don't know why I would need to do that
