COMPUTER AUTHORIZING ERROR: "CONNECTION ERROR DIGITAL EDITIONS CANNOT CONNECT TO THE SERVER. MAKE SURE YOU ARE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET"

I use a windows 7 pc and when I try to authorize my computer it gives the message: CONNECTION ERROR DIGITAL EDITIONS CANNOT CONNECT TO THE SERVER. MAKE SURE YOU ARE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET. But I am connected to the internet. I am sending this message from, the computer I'm trying to authorize and while trying to authorize and getting the error message.

I have already restarted the computer 3 times, turned it off all night long and tried again today, and I still receive the same error msg.

Please, help!!
