computor authorization problem

After a computer crash I re installed windows 10 and then re installed adobe digital editions and to authorize my computer it would not accept my sign in ID or password.

I clicked the button to authorize without ID and it was accepted and authorized my computer. it will not transfer book to e-reader saying not authorized.

How can I fix this problem

My sign in ID and password is accepted signing in to adobe.
