Connecting Digital Editions on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S5) with the Digital Editions library on my PC

The title says it all. I have ADE installed on both my phone and my computer, but can't klink them up. When I connect my phne to the PC via USB, it dioes NOT show up at the top of the ADE library.
