Connection Error

Hello,

I am getting the following error on several windows 10 computers in a school:-

Connection Error Detected

Digital Editions could not connect to the fulfillment server. Please make sure you are connected to the Internet.

I have tested on my mobile phone using my own data and works fine . I believe the broadband provider must be blocking something. Please can someone advise me what needs to be unblocked for this to work properly
