Connection error detected

Hi, trying to download ACSM files to my windows comupter.

Get the classic connection error detected message.

Have tried: re-install, erase and log on again with adobe id, restart computer and also inactive fire-wall.

Nothing works.

Would appriciate some help, really need to access it for study.
