constant crashes

Whenver I attempt to install digital editions, my computer crashes. I am running IE7 on Windows XP. Are there any other users who have a similar experience, and if so, how did you resolve this problem?

    A new build has been posted that should fix the crash. To use it, please go to your Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs and Remove Digital Editions. Then go to

    http://www.adobe.com/products/digitaleditions/

    And the button should now say Install Digital Editions. Go ahead and do that, agreeing to the prompts as they come. It should install and launch DE without problems. Please let us know that it worked for you.
