Contact Information for Organizations Wanting to Use Adobe Digital Editions

Hello, 

I work for an organization that is hoping to send a request for information for Adobe Digital Editons for DRM management for our e-books.

I read on this website that Harman now handles support for this product. The problem I’m running into is that I have not heard back from their support email ebooks@harman.com for more than a week. It was suggested I post here for more information.

Could anyone provide assistance?
