Content not transferring from Windows to iPad

Hi all - 

Downloaded a book to my Digital Editions Windows app. The book will not show up in my iPad Digital Editions application. Both the Windows & iPad apps are authorized under the same account & both have the settings for "auto-dowload new files" enabled. Any suggestions?
