Content on my Adobe ID isn't updating on another device

I have installed the Adobe Digital Editions app on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE tablet but when I open the app on that device I cannot see anything associated with my Adobe ID account. I have already uninstalled and installed the app several times, also changed the password but still nothing. I appreciate you can help me on this.

    I have not yet gotten ADE to sync to any of my previous phones. Now I'm trying to sync to my new Moto G Stylus. Not even the free sample books are syncing. Suggestions?
