CONTENTS ON PRINTOUT FROM ADOBE DIGITAL EDITION NOT CENTERED

When I print out a acms file using Adobe Digital Edition, The top margin is very large and the right side of the printout is cut off. My settings are :

Paper : Letter

Orientation : Landscape

Printing on both sides : Flip on short edge

Scaling : Fit

Font setting : Medium

Even when I select the font size as small, it gets cut off at both the right side and the bottom. How do I solve this problem?
