Copy books from iBooks (apple) to ADE

When i copy books purchased on iBooks from Apple to ADE, the table of contents is visible but the content of the book is invisible ...

This copy is then used to synchronize thes books on e new KOBO reader.

This problem is present for ebooks purchased in iTunes. The "free" ebooks are copied correctly.

Is there a solution?
