Copy Epub's from DE to Nook

I too mistakenly chose to not register with Adobe but now am unable to copy epub's that I've downloaded from my library site in DE to my Nook. I've uninstalled/reinstalled 4.0 twice but to no avail. How do I go about registering so I can copy?
