Copy from library to Kobo Aura H2O not allowed why?

I have a brand new reader, first time user, I have installed the latest edition of Adobe Digital Editions (ADE)and I am getting the following error message: CE-COPY-NOT ALLOWED - vous n'avez pas le droit de copier ce livre when I tried to put the book I borrowed from a library on it?

How to resolved this ?
