copy to KOBO ERROR

hi, I de activated my adode digital editions and activated again. But i can still only download my ebook to my laptop and after not not copy it to my kobo eraader? how can i solve this problem? do i also de activae the connection with my kobo ereader? or is this a problem i have to contact the book seller?
