Corporate network Firewall

Good day,

I have users on my corporate network who are getting errors when trying to update their Adobe Digital Editions. The FortiGate Firewall is blocking the updates.

Could you tell me what I need to open on the FW to allow these updates?

    You must add the program as sure program over your EDV.

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately FortiGate doesnt allow deny / permit per application.

    I needed to enter the FQDN wildcard as *adobe.com ALLOW. (not *.adobe.com).

    All working well now.
