Could not connect to Fulfillment server

Having trouble downloading and installing my books i buy from takealot store.

evertime i click download thes digital reader opens up and gives me an error saying could not connect to fulfillment server and that i should connect to the internet...obviously i am connected to the internet. show how can i reslove this. I have tried re authorising my id and compunter but nothing is working...uninstalled and reinstalled adobe digital edition ashwell with no success
