Does anyone at ADE care enough to respond to any of the numerous reports of issues with ADE?

    I tried to speak to support and they told me that they don;t support ADE. So I've reached out to the website where I downloaded my DRMs. I figure that if Adobe doesn't care about us, the companys who pay them a lot of money will.

    I am having exactly the same problem, ADE just crashes when opening books on my iPad. It was working fine before the update a few days ago. Please can someone from Adobe provide some assistance.

    Same here. ADE just crashes openin my books both on iPad and iPhone.

    Same, wish someone would get on here and offer some support. I've got no alternative but to use this app but I've already complained to the people my text came from about having to use ADE
