De-authorize adobe ID: No access to email and password forgotten
Well, I have a great problem...
1. I have a new computer - Mac Book Pro and now have the following problems accessing Adobe Digital Edition
2. My ADE is authorized to my old email address, I do NOT have access to it and forgotten the password
3. I cannot authorize my NEW adobe ID as the option in ADE is shaded out
I tried a chat with customer service, apparently they are not IT trained. I did try the following
1. de-authorize old account - cannot as password not working
2. deleted and re-installed ADE, not working stays with old account
3. authorize computer with new details - not working as option is not enabled.
So any clever ideas?
