De-authorizing a failed computer

I was advised I need to de activate Adobe Digital Editions on my failed computer in order to install ADE on the new computer?   Apparently this must be done by Adobe as I cannot access anything on the old computer.

Please advise how I can contact Adobe directly in Australia so this can be done.
