De-authorizing ADE on a pc i no longer have access to

I no longer have access to the PC I orignally registered my ADE on. I didn't realize I needed to log out before getting rid of it. Now when i try to enable my new computer it says: You can only authroize this computer with an adobe ID that hasn't been previously used to authroize any other computer or mobile device. Please try again.

Now i cannot de authroize using the menus in the program itself is there another way to do it.
