DE doesnt work

When i want to authorize my kobo it gives : DE have detected a fault on their server.

If i wanted a book that i downloaded put on DE:

E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12

I deleted DE and reinstalled it, doesn't work

WHAT CAN I DO and DE why doesnt work your program?
