DE will not download lib book

First of the month I was able to download books from the library. How ever last week when I went to download I received the following msg:

"Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_ACT_NOT_READY" (I still receive this msg) Second, when I was looking at the help area I noticed that the computer is registered as "ronandjerri@yahoo.com" (this email is no longer active). I thought this might be the problem, so I thought I would erase authorization and re-register under "topgallant1. But I cannot do that in that I no longer have the password for yahoo. What is my solution to problem? I have books ready to download.  Ron
