How do you deactivate a broken device to so that the new device can be activated?

    You can try to activate new device. If number of authorizations are less than permissible limit, your new device will be activated.

    I have already tried this...the message says to contact customer support...contacting customer support provides this option. So how do you deactivate the old devices?
